The reception staff provided great hospitality. gerges, elias, and mr magdy handled our requests well. the rooms were cleaned daily. The hygiene level was perfect. they provided care kits every day.

They provided really good support and were consistently attentive to my requests. the rooms are well kept, boasting modern amenities and a design, it suited my preferences. the variety of dining options available surpassed my expectations and each meal presented a good culinary adventure.

the gym facilities were a bit limited, lacking some updated equipment, this slightly hindered my workout routine.

The beautiful room offered a jacuzzi bath and provided ample space with excellent air conditioning. the poolside restaurant was very convenient for lunch. i appreciated the shuttle service. It was very helpful in navigating the resort. lifeguards were attentive, always assisting with towels and sunbed adjustments. i also enjoyed towel artworks created daily by the cleaning staff.

I found that the entertainment team was a little too persistent with daily activity invitations. This became somewhat repetitive.
